Cancellation Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a project with Clearingwhglowin:

• Before Work Begins: Full refund of any payments made, minus a small administrative fee
• During Initial Phase: Refund of remaining balance after deducting costs for work completed
• After Milestone Completion: No refund for completed milestones; refund of advance payments for incomplete work

Project Termination

Clearingwhglowin reserves the right to terminate a project if:

• Client fails to provide necessary materials or feedback within agreed timeframes
• Client requests work outside the agreed scope without appropriate amendments
• Payment terms are not met according to the agreement

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Clearingwhglowin fails to deliver services as outlined in the project agreement
• Significant delays caused by our team without valid justification
• Deliverables do not meet the specifications agreed upon in writing

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the issue arising.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Third-party costs including domain registrations, hosting fees, and premium plugins
• Work completed and approved by the client
• Time spent on revisions beyond those included in the project agreement
• Consultation time and project planning already delivered

Revision Policy

Each project agreement with clearingwhglowin includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond this scope may incur extra charges. Revisions must be requested within the timeframe specified in your project agreement.
